About Jennifer
Jennifer brings more than 19 years of experience with Honeywell Aerospace, where she has held senior legal and business leadership roles across the organization. She most recently served as general counsel of the aerospace business from 2022 to March 2026. Jennifer is recognized for building strong teams, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and providing practical legal guidance on complex business, governance and operational matters.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Jennifer practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, advising clients on corporate and securities matters, private equity formation and mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a juris doctor from Harvard Law School and a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Arizona.
