About Josh
Josh joined Honeywell Aerospace in February 2026 from Deere & Company where he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, a role he held since September 2022. He oversaw global finance, John Deere Financial, and enterprise sustainability, advising senior leadership on key financial and strategic matters. Josh has held leadership roles across operations, investor relations and international finance, including as deputy CFO.
He holds degrees in accounting and Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
