iScan Phantom - 77 GHz Modular Automotive Radar Development Kit with Turbo 1 FPGA Expansion
Overview
iScan Phantom is a new generation automotive radar development kit based on Infineon‘s latest radar MMIC. The kit contains the radar front-end antenna module and processor back-end module in a stacked configuration. Honeywell Aerospace designed the radar front-end to provide antennas in a MIMO format allowing for digital beamforming. Infineon’s processor allows for advanced algorithm development and includes a software suite for immediate test and deployment. A variety of environmental sensors are also onboard to assist with sensing and testing.
