We offer three levels of operational support designed to strengthen and simplify your daily operations.Standard Support provides the essential foundation, including automated notifications, dashboard access and 24/7/365 technical support for both cabin and flight deck connectivity. Standard Support is included with all datalink or cabin service options.Support Plus adds more hands on operational help, such as flight following, ForeFlight Dispatch flight plan filing, communication with customs and FBOs on the operator’s behalf, Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS) assistance and U.S. arrival slot coordination.Premium Support delivers a full dispatch level service model with multiple pre flight weather and Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) reviews, FAA air traffic flow management participation, customized operator profiles, emergency communications planning and proactive network monitoring to ensure cabin connectivity.
