Honeywell Aerospace expects all employees to fully comply with the Code of Business Conduct and uphold our three Foundational Principles: Safety, Integrity and Compliance. Commitment to these principles is a fundamental expectation of everyone who works at Honeywell Aerospace. 

Our Integrity and Compliance program includes the following elements:

• Conducting company-wide training for employees on health, safety, environmental responsibility, non-discrimination, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade controls, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all business interactions.
• Performing thorough reviews of transactions to ensure compliance with every legal standard.
• Establishing ethics-promoting programs such as Integrity and Compliance Councils, Ethics Ambassadors, and Compliance Weeks.
• Providing resources to ensure compliance with every law at every level of our business.
• Using tools to ensure orders are accepted from, and shipments made to, only countries or persons not under sanctions.
• Focusing significantly on compliance with anti-corruption laws and addressing potential risks of non-compliance with enhanced forensic audit capabilities.
• Conducting thorough, frequent internal reviews and audits of government contract sites.
• Implementing robust integration processes to ensure newly acquired companies understand and comply with Honeywell Aerospace policies and procedures.
• Conducting prompt and thorough investigations of all allegations of known or suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws or Honeywell Aerospace policies.
• Maintaining zero tolerance for any form of retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report of actual or potential misconduct.
